This program is designed for experienced Insurance Brokers, looking to excel in their career with the intention to open your own office in the next one to three years.

Program Specifications:
– Three phase development program to evolve from Producer to a Principal Broker
– Within 12 months manage and lead a team of Producers
– Expedited timeline to Branch ownership and launch
– Dedicated CSR support for 12 month transition period
– Start-Up Financing Options

Qualifications:
– 3+ years Broker experience in Ontario
– Over $500,000 annual GWP with strong underwriting performance
– Proven track record of leadership skills and potential
– Commitment to insurance career and industry
– CAIB or CIP preferable

Support Staff Opportunities:

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time RIBO licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is fully ‘work-from-home’ & applicants from all over Ontario are welcomed! As a CSR, the candidate will act as a liaison between our customers, the insurance companies, and our sales team. Extensive training is provided to give you the support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently
– Processing policy changes and payments on company portals
– Preparing certificates of insurance and binders
– Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
– Following company & carrier guidelines
– Providing coordination support to Sales Team with insurers

Qualifications:
– Applicant must be RIBO-licensed (Only applications with a RIBO License will be considered)
– 1 to 2 years of personal lines experience
– Experience with Company Portals, Vertafore SIG, and Compu-quote is an asset
– A team player with a positive attitude
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up in a timely manner
– Detail oriented and computer friendly
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Technical Service Representative

This role is fully ‘work-from-home’ & applicants from all over Ontario are welcomed! As a TSR, the candidate will be responsible for data entry and processing new business policies and endorsements. Extensive training is provided to give you the support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Data entry
– Uploading new business policies on company portals
– Processing policy change requests on company portals
– Handling remarket requests from Sales Team.
– Assisting with ordering MVR, Autoplus, and Hits reports
– Following company & carrier guidelines

Qualifications:
– Applicant must be computer savvy
– Personal lines experience is and asset
– Experience with Company Portals, Vertafore SIG, and Compu-quote is an asset
– Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
– Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
– A team player with a positive attitude
